We are looking for an AI Video Editor Team Lead who is equal parts strong leader, project manager, systems builder, and editing geek. This role exists to elevate a team of 3 to 7 editors through mature management, strict quality control, and deep AI integration.
You will be the bridge between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring that videos not only meet high standards for pacing and visual fidelity but also drive business results. Your day will involve guiding the team to new professional heights, building systematized AI workflows to eliminate manual bottlenecks, and staying hands-on with the Adobe Suite to unblock complex technical challenges. You will work tightly with Creative Producers, Copywriters, and Media Buyers to align on feasibility and turn creative hypotheses into reality.
