We are seeking two Senior Financial Analysts to support the business leaders of two separate lines of business following recent mergers and acquisitions. Based at our global headquarters in Wilmington, DE, these roles operate on a hybrid schedule combining in-office and remote work.
These positions serve as the single point of contact finance partners for the President of Global Chem Aqua Water, providing critical financial advice to support strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for detailed, hands-on analytics for the P&L, including price/volume/mix, foreign exchange, SG&A, and supply chain variances. Your day-to-day will involve preparing monthly financial commentaries and presentation packs that offer analytical insights into business performance, as well as driving the annual plan, periodic forecasts, and five-year models for the North American business while collaborating with other regions to consolidate global results.
In this hands-on capacity, you will also develop financial models and business cases for new product launches, capital fund requests, and geographic expansions. As we integrate with Solenis, you will play a key role in explaining our reporting suite, including Tableau and OneStream, to the business. You will also handle ad hoc requests, proactively gathering data from regions and driving business performance through rigorous analysis.
At Solenis, we understand that our greatest asset is our people.
