About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven FP&A Manager to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure alignment with Dyson's core growth pillars while overseeing the planning process. You will partner closely with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to articulate the performance narrative for the US market and the Americas region, provide actionable financial analysis, and build reporting that enhances business performance monitoring.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, expertise in financial modeling, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is designed for someone who can translate complex data into clear insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead annual budgeting and forecasting processes for Category P&Ls
- check_circleDevelop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions
- check_circleConduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts
- check_circlePrepare and present monthly financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership
- check_circleAnalyze business unit financial performance to identify risks and opportunities
- check_circleCollaborate with business units to gather input for accurate financial forecasts and budgets
- check_circlePartner with operations, marketing, and sales teams to evaluate new initiatives
- check_circleSupport strategic initiatives with financial analysis on profitability and resource allocation
- check_circleAssist in developing long-term financial strategies including capital expenditure planning
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- verified7-9 years of finance experience
- verifiedCPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred
- verifiedProficiency in financial modeling, P&L simulation, and forecasting
- verifiedExperience with Excel, OneStream, Tableau, Power BI, and ERP systems
- verifiedAdvanced PowerPoint skills
Nice to Have
MBA or relevant certification (CPA / ACCA / CMA). Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG).
