Within this legacy, the Securities Services Operations Business Management team plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery and management of Operations strategies. We work closely with senior Managing Directors and Leadership Teams to provide outstanding Business Management support, ensuring that strategic objectives are met through rigorous data analysis, project management, and clear communication.
As a high-performing Vice President in the Securities Services Operations Business Management team, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Your primary mission is to organize complex information, communicate effectively with key business partners, and manage critical projects and work streams. You will be responsible for maintaining strategic objectives, developing communication strategies, and creating ad-hoc analysis and presentations that drive decision-making at the highest levels.
In this role, you will collaborate with senior Managing Directors to challenge peers with an inquisitive and diligent approach. You will coordinate team activities for town halls and strategy sessions, design new reports to increase efficiency, and define a strategic agenda that spans multiple groups. This position requires a self-motivated professional who can work with a high degree of independence while building positive internal relationships across different lines of business.
