As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Finance Operations, the COO of Med Trans, and the President of GMR Health Systems. This role is designed to lead and collaborate on critical strategic and productivity initiatives, such as new base openings, acquisition evaluations, cost controls, and variance analysis.
In this position, you will manage the monthly close and reporting cycle, leveraging variance analysis to drive business results. You will act as the primary liaison for special projects and work closely with departmental personnel to support budget and forecast activities. Your work will involve developing processes to monitor key operating statistics and identifying opportunities to improve data collection and analytical procedures. Ultimately, you will ensure compliance with hospital and partner contracts while providing the financial modeling and analytics necessary to support revenue and operational initiatives.
