About the Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis functions for Med Trans Corporation and GMR Health Systems. This position is designed to lead or collaborate on strategic and productivity initiatives, such as new base openings, acquisition evaluations, cost controls, and variance analysis. You will serve as a primary liaison for special projects and work closely with the Director of Finance Operations, the COO of Med Trans, and the President of GMR Health Systems.
In this hybrid role based in Lewisville/Denton, Texas, you will manage the monthly close and reporting cycle, leveraging variance analysis to drive business results. Your day-to-day involves providing analytics to support revenue and operational initiatives, developing financial models for new contracts, and creating processes to monitor key operating statistics. You will assist departmental personnel with budget activities and help improve efficiency within the accounting process, ensuring compliance with hospital and partner contracts.
