The Financial Planning & Analysis Sr. Analyst will take on a critical role in steering the company's financial strategy. This position is designed for a professional who thrives on providing key insights for strategic decision-making at the corporate level. You will partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure financial plans are aligned with business objectives, while also mentoring junior analysts on best practices.
In this hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC (3 days in office), you will be the bridge between complex financial data and actionable business strategy. Your day-to-day involves conducting sophisticated financial analyses, developing comprehensive budgeting and forecasting models, and preparing schedules and presentations to support earnings calls and Board of Director meetings. You will collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. This role demands a strategic mindset and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
