The Director, Divisional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) serves as the embedded CFO for the Maintenance and Engineering operating division. In this role, you will set the long-term financial strategy and oversee financial performance, working closely with division leadership to support operations while maintaining cost discipline.
You will act as a critical business partner, driving operating and capital expense discipline and delivering value-added analysis. Your day-to-day involves partnering with division leadership to execute strategy through integrated, divisionally-owned budget plans tied to key financial and operational metrics. You will lead the budgeting strategy, ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and forecasting, and dive deep into variances to identify root causes and drive structural fixes. Additionally, you will manage investments through the business case process, develop complex financial models, and stay abreast of industry trends to generate ideas that improve performance.
