Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead the analysis, consolidation, and reporting of large and complex financial datasets
- check_circleProvide advanced financial support utilizing GFEBS and other Army financial systems
- check_circleReview, analyze, and interpret financial documents and reports against established metrics and controls
- check_circleValidate commitments, obligations, and disbursements for accuracy and compliance using GFEBS ERP and BI tools
- check_circleResearch and resolve complex Unliquidated Obligations and Unmatched Transactions including coordination with DFAS
- check_circleCoordinate with DFAS, DCMA, Contracting Officers, and Budget Analysts to resolve cross-system discrepancies
- check_circleUtilize systems such as SOMARDS, MOCAS, EDA, WAWF, and SDW to research and reconcile financial actions
- check_circleProvide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to support program management and leadership decision-making
- check_circleSupport audit readiness initiatives through data validation, documentation, and process improvements
- check_circleMentor junior analysts and provide guidance on financial systems, processes, and reconciliation activities
Requirements

- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- verified10+ years of experience in federal financial management or financial analysis
- verifiedHands-on experience with GFEBS (ERP and BI)
- verifiedExperience resolving Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs) and Unmatched Transactions (UMTs)
- verifiedFamiliarity with Army financial systems (SOMARDS, MOCAS, EDA, WAWF, SDW)
