The Support Agreement Analyst / Program Management Specialist plays a vital role in managing the development, coordination, and tracking of Army Support Agreements. This position exists to ensure that all agreements are accurate, compliant with fiscal law and Army policy, and executed within required timelines.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate approvals, maintain audit readiness, and support organizational processes related to reimbursable agreements. You will be responsible for coordinating requirements, drafting documentation, and monitoring timelines to ensure agreements are approved prior to mission or event execution. The role demands strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building relationships with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth agreement execution.
This position requires an active Top-Secret clearance to start. Additionally, a government contract mandates that this role be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents; applicants must provide documentation of citizenship or residency to qualify. Candidates must also pass pre-employment qualifications set by Cherokee Federal.
