The Finance Assistant is a vital contributor to the efficient and effective work of our Field Office financial operations. This role exists to ensure the integrity of our financial processes through meticulous daily execution. You will be the guardian of our documentation, responsible for reviewing and verifying invoices, sorting and coding transactions, and posting entries to the general ledger. Your attention to detail will directly support the organization's ability to disburse funds to meet client needs and maintain accurate credit card reconciliations. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will balance collaborative team efforts with independent, self-motivated assignments, ensuring that every financial output meets the highest standards of quality.
