About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in both people management and financial operations, and who wants to take ownership of how a law firm runs day-to-day. You will serve as the operational backbone of the firm, ensuring that the team is aligned, systems are followed, and financial processes run smoothly and consistently.
In this position, you will drive accountability across the team to ensure deadlines, client expectations, and internal standards are consistently met. You will partner with attorneys to coordinate workflow, capacity, and case progress, without involvement in legal strategy. The role is ideal for someone who is confident leading people, comfortable working in the details, and motivated by creating structure, accountability, and results.
