About the Role

As a Branch Support Specialist, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our members, providing a full range of Credit Union services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and brings a positive, outgoing approach to every interaction. You will be responsible for managing lobby traffic, greeting members, and assisting them with account services, loans, and transactions.

In addition to daily operations, you will resolve member concerns, reconcile accounts, and educate members on managing their finances effectively. A key part of your mission is identifying opportunities to refer products and services that support member financial well-being, helping to build strong, supportive relationships.

Travel Requirements

Please note that this position will require travel to some or all of our existing branches until the official opening of the Commerce Branch in 2026. Your travel locations will include branches in Flint, Grand Blanc, Fenton, Davison, Lapeer, Swartz Creek, Clio, Orion Township, Clarkston, and Owosso. Because of this temporary travel requirement, flexibility, independence, and strong communication skills are essential.
