We are hiring Senior Enterprise Account Managers to own and grow relationships with our most strategic customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact post-sale, responsible for renewal, satisfaction, and in-year expansion across a portfolio of large enterprise accounts. This role exists to ensure seamless onboarding, drive measurable value realization, and act as a trusted strategic advisor rather than just a vendor contact.
In this position, you will partner with customer stakeholders to uncover new use cases and develop strategic account plans in close collaboration with internal Product, Marketing, and Sales teams. You will leverage AI and modern tools to analyze account health, surface risk and opportunity signals, and prioritize outreach effectively. As a customer advocate, you will bring field feedback to leadership to help shape product direction and go-to-market processes.
