This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, customer-obsessed professional to advance their business skills by executing high-level engagements with AWS's most strategic customers. You will utilize the proven Amazon "working backwards" methodology to uncover potential new partnerships, accelerate joint opportunities, and test new ideas. Success in this role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders within a large, matrixed organization while guiding customer-facing teams.
In this position, you will plan and execute senior-level executive engagements to accelerate customer-focused innovation. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating with multiple stakeholder groups and subject matter experts to understand customer needs, developing customer briefings through market research, and navigating internal business units to align partnership opportunities. You will obsessively improve customer interactions by capturing feedback to iterate on program management and processes, while regularly reporting on progress and impact for team sponsors. The ideal candidate is compelling, comfortable in a creative brainstorming environment, and possesses superior collaboration and communication skills to drive consensus and articulate recommendations to C-suite audiences.
