The Gen AI Next Generation Developer Experience (NGDE) organization is on a mission to build the tools and services that enable AWS customers to leverage foundation models and transform how they build applications. We move quickly, experiment, and deliver new capabilities into the hands of our customers at a rapid pace. About the Role

Join the team as a Sr. WW GTM Specialist to drive the go-to-market strategy for Kiro and our Frontier Agents. In this role, you will lead the effort in driving the development and adoption of AWS's agentic AI services through deep customer engagements. You will serve as a leader for specialists, architects, partners, and account teams, setting direction and standards for how we solve customer problems in your domain.

A day in your life involves serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, acting as a strategic advisor to drive adoption of Gen AI developer tools. You will deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and sample solutions, while organizing events such as Hackathons and GameDays to fuel community growth. You will build relationships with C-level stakeholders to understand the value proposition of the developer experience and bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps. Additionally, you will own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution and demonstrate thought leadership by credibly representing AWS at industry events, conferences, and symposiums.
