AWS is seeking a Senior Worldwide Specialty Seller to drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Amazon Connect solutions across the Systems Integrator (SI) and Global Systems Integrator (GSI) ecosystem. Amazon Connect services work backward from customer needs to provide a broad array of AI-powered customer experience services, delivering personalized service across all channels (voice, email, chat, IVR) utilizing flexible access to data and applications.
As a Senior Worldwide Specialty Seller, you will strategically build mind share and adoption of Amazon Connect practices across strategic SI and GSI partners, both existing and new. You will own and drive GTM strategies, developing and implementing key programs to drive revenue and customer adoption. Your focus will be on ensuring enterprise customers select AWS as their cloud provider for customer experience solutions via these consulting partners while growing partner-attached revenue and expanding delivery capabilities.
You will identify Connect opportunities within the SI/GSI ecosystem, build and manage pipeline, and lead solution discussions with partners and their end customers. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships at senior levels within SI/GSI organizations, you will drive top-line revenue growth and overall end-customer adoption and value through partners. This role involves working independently with partners and cross-functional teams in marketing, solutions architecture, and business development to execute a consistent coverage model and accelerate seller cycles in the field.
