About the Role

OCI is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Software Development to build and lead a new engineering organization supporting Oracle Health cloud services. This leader will be responsible for creating and scaling a high-performing organization focused on automation, monitoring, control plane technologies, operational tooling, and cloud service efficiency.

This role combines organizational leadership, technical strategy, operational excellence, and talent development to help deliver secure, scalable, and highly reliable healthcare cloud solutions. You will have the opportunity to build a new organization from the ground up, shape long-term platform strategy, and directly influence how healthcare customers securely operate and scale their workloads in the cloud. The position requires partnering closely with OCI, Oracle Health, Security, Architecture, and Product organizations to drive operational readiness, reliability, scalability, and customer-focused outcomes.
