Reporting to a Senior Director, this Director of Software Development combines technical leadership, organizational development, and operational excellence. You will lead a critical engineering organization that influences how healthcare customers securely operate and scale their workloads on OCI. The position offers the opportunity to drive the development of core services while establishing engineering processes and operational standards. You will partner closely with OCI platform teams and Oracle Health stakeholders to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency across services, contributing to long-term technical strategy and roadmap planning.
