We are seeking an experienced, innovative enablement leader to build and scale global sales, customer success, and channel enablement programs at a large, high-tech company. You will lead an organization of 50+ geographically dispersed enablement professionals, owning the full stack of field-facing enablement. Your mission is to take existing programs and evolve them into broader, programmatic solutions that continuously raise the bar.
In this role, you will harness AI and modern enablement technology to personalize learning, scale content production, and ensure every seller, customer success manager, and channel partner has faster access to the right knowledge at the right moment. You will partner with leadership to shape how the business prioritizes and funds field readiness, ensuring that every team member is equipped to engage confidently and effectively across the entire customer lifecycle.
