You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Planning, Quality, Program Management, and Manufacturing to drive continuous improvement and align with corporate objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, balancing tactical execution with strategic planning, and is prepared to visit global sites as needed. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and a deep commitment to process ownership across a complex supplier network.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead global supply chain operations including strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- check_circleBuild and manage high-performing teams overseeing Purchasing and Inventory Control functions
- check_circleOversee supplier selection, qualification, contract negotiation, and performance management
- check_circleCollaborate with Engineering and Quality to ensure timely product launches and material flow
- check_circleMonitor and manage global inventory levels to balance availability and working capital
- check_circleEnsure strict adherence to export/import compliance, ITAR regulations, and quality standards
- check_circleLead continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- check_circleDevelop supply chain contingency and risk management plans to address global disruptions
- check_circlePartner with Finance to develop supply chain budgets, cost-saving initiatives, and CAPEX planning
- check_circleManage Supplier Quality Representatives to ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in supply chain management, Aerospace Engineering, Business, or related field
- verifiedMinimum of 10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing
- verifiedAPICS/CSCP/CPIM certification preferred
- verifiedDeep knowledge of aerospace standards and regulations including ISO 9001, ITAR, and DFARS
- verifiedProficiency with ERP/MRP systems, specifically Global Shop Solutions and/or Epicor
- verifiedAbility to read and interpret CAD drawings and engineering specifications
- verifiedExperience with machined parts, complex assemblies, and fabricated metal components
- verifiedAbility to travel to domestic and international suppliers and manufacturing sites (10-20% travel)
Nice to Have
Master's degree and/or MBA or APICS/CSCP/CPIM certification. Experience with global logistics, global Tariffs, and FTZ.
