Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, Cable & Wire Harness

About the Role

As a Senior Supply Quality Engineer, you will operate both inside and outside the organization to define, develop, and execute processes that deliver high-quality, reliable cable and wire harness systems. This role is critical for driving early engagement, ensuring that cable and wire harness sub-systems and assemblies meet our quality requirements the first time. Success in this position relies on clarity and action when working with suppliers, partnering with them to achieve world-class results across the supply chain.

You will collaborate closely with product engineering, development engineering, manufacturing engineering, and supply chain teams. Your day-to-day involves designing functional test processes, managing supplier readiness through audits and qualification activities (such as PPAP and FAIR), and owning the elimination of supplier risk to improve quality and reliability throughout the product lifecycle.
