About the Role

The Senior Director, Army Intelligence & INSCOM Account Executive is a pivotal leadership role within the Defense & Intelligence Business Development team. You will drive growth within assigned defense and intelligence accounts by building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating internal teams to win mission-aligned business. This position focuses on day-to-day account management, opportunity qualification, and supporting capture and proposal activities for the Army, INSCOM, Geographic Combatant Commands (GCC), the Intelligence Community (IC), and allied/partner-nation customers.

The ideal candidate brings a deep mission understanding, exceptional relationship skills, and an aptitude for translating operational requirements into actionable business opportunities. You will enjoy a hybrid work arrangement in Herndon or Chantilly, Virginia, serving as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders including Army leadership, INSCOM major subordinate commands, EUCOM, and NATO organizations. Your day will involve conducting regular customer engagements to understand mission priorities, supporting early-stage shaping activities, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
