Triad Technologies is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales profitability and growth within an assigned territory. In this full-time, Monday-through-Friday role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction while expanding Triad's market presence.
You will act as a strategic partner to both current and prospective clients, utilizing consultative selling skills to identify new business opportunities and develop end-user relationships. Your day-to-day involves coordinating complex project requirements across internal teams—including product management, engineering, and logistics—to deliver accurate quotes and successful project outcomes. Beyond sales, you will manage the full sales funnel, from initial prospecting and proposal presentation to post-project follow-up and account planning.
This position requires a high degree of autonomy and travel. You will spend approximately 80% of your time on the road, visiting customers and attending industry events to represent Triad in the marketplace. Success in this role depends on your ability to analyze market potential, forecast sales, and maintain robust relationships with key buying influences.
