About the Role
As a Representative - Inside Sales, you will serve as a vital link between the company and its existing customers. Your primary mission is to drive growth by increasing sales of our products and services through proactive selling techniques. You will focus on expanding current accounts and creating a superior buying experience that adds value to every customer interaction.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with outside sales teams to ensure collective goals are met. Your day-to-day involves obtaining and up-selling orders via email and telephone, verifying details, and managing the fulfillment process. You will qualify opportunities passed from marketing and national accounts, prepare quotations, and follow up on lost orders to understand market feedback. Additionally, you will identify process improvements and report on industry trends and competitive pricing to management.
This role offers the opportunity to earn commission in addition to a base salary, with earnings directly tied to your individual sales performance.
