As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of physicians and patients while developing strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers and their staff. In this role, you will function independently with a high degree of initiative and entrepreneurship. You will be expected to quickly gain a deep understanding of behavioral health and psychiatric disease states, products, market dynamics, and practice settings. Your mission involves developing and executing territory business plans to achieve consistent sales growth while promoting our products ethically and in full compliance with our approved marketing strategies.
