About the Role

This Senior Data Analyst position offers a phenomenal opportunity to provide high-profile customer data and analytics that guide important decisions. You will act as a subject matter expert on data, trends, and outcomes associated with healthcare and SGS programs for both internal and external customers. The role is designed for a problem solver who enjoys partnering with clients to answer key business questions and help them achieve their goals.

In this hybrid role based in Bethesda, you will enhance value by leveraging advanced analytics—descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive—to communicate program value and actionable insights. Your day-to-day involves presenting data to clients, creating meaningful reports and visualizations, and optimizing reporting processes. You will collaborate with account managers, technical staff, and stakeholders to demonstrate program outcomes, articulate strategic recommendations, and develop new analytical tools or methodologies.
