As a Senior Data Analyst, you will seize the opportunity to provide high-profile customer data and analytics that guide important decisions. This role is designed for a problem solver who enjoys helping customers achieve their business goals. You will enhance value by leveraging advanced analytics—descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive—to communicate program value and actionable insights.
In this position, you will act as a subject matter expert on data, trends, and outcomes associated with healthcare and SGS programs. You will partner with clients, account managers, and stakeholders to answer key business questions, optimize reporting processes, and develop new analytical tools or methodologies. Whether supporting internal teams or external clients, you will bridge the gap between complex data and strategic decision-making.
