About the Role
This is a hands-on position based onsite in New Albany, IN, designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of technical development and IT support. You will serve as the primary technical owner for our Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (Syteline) system, driving enhancements and ensuring the database system delivers consistent performance for our corporate applications.
Beyond core development, you will act as a key partner to the IT Director, managing the ecosystem of end-user workstations, printers, and label printers that power our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys solving complex break/fix issues while building lasting relationships with internal customers to deliver superior business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign and develop enhancements for the Infor Cloud Suite Industrial ERP system
- check_circleSupport internal and external applications and websites
- check_circleTroubleshoot hardware including printers, label printers, and end-user workstations
- check_circleCommunicate with internal customers to identify needs and evaluate business solutions
- check_circleEnforce standard company policies and procedures
- check_circleResolve escalated help desk issues and provide senior-level technical support
- check_circleCollaborate with internal teams and task forces on IT projects

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- verified3-5 years of ERP development
- verified3-5 years Infor Syteline / CSI development & administration experience
- verifiedStrong SQL Server 2014/2016 / SSRS / SSIS / BI background
- verifiedC#, VB.net, HTML, Microsoft MVC and jQuery experience
- verifiedExperience with installation and troubleshooting printers & label printers
- verifiedExperience with management and troubleshooting of end-user workstations (Windows 10 & 11)
Nice to Have
Infor Syteline / CSI development & administration experience. Knowledge of Bartender labeling system.
