As a Senior Commercial Real Estate Manager, you will serve as the strategic partner to our clients and the operational leader for your assigned portfolio. This role exists to ensure the seamless management of commercial properties, driving financial performance and tenant satisfaction while navigating complex lease renewals, construction projects, and client relationships.
In this position, you will interface with and supervise Real Estate Managers and Property Assistants, guiding them through day-to-day operations to ensure all deadlines and commitments are met. Your day will involve reviewing budgets and monthly reports, overseeing vendor performance, and managing the transition of new management contracts. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling high-level negotiations and ensuring that the portfolio's financial goals are achieved. Additionally, you will mentor team members, conduct property inspections to maintain tour-ready spaces, and coordinate with Project Managers on capital and tenant construction projects.
