Retail Property Manager

About the Role

We are a rapidly expanding boutique real estate company seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a dynamic portfolio of outdoor retail shopping centers. This field-based position offers a unique opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial and highly collaborative environment where you can drive the success of approximately 57 properties and 200 tenants.

As a key member of our team, you will balance on-site property management with strategic oversight. The role is primarily field-based, requiring approximately 23 days per week visiting properties across the greater San Diego area, with remaining days spent working from our Oceanside office. You will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication, while coordinating vendors to ensure all maintenance and repair needs are met efficiently.
