Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, the Regional Manager plays a pivotal role in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management. This position is responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and supervising Community Managers while sharing responsibility for maintaining the physical asset and performance of assigned properties.
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between owners (or their representatives) and Peak Living. You will establish and coordinate communication systems between Community Managers and the corporate office, ensuring seamless transaction and activity flow. Your day-to-day involves resolving resident relations issues, inspecting properties to ensure the highest standards are maintained, and supervising the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets. You will also ensure all tax credit communities remain in compliance and negotiate or evaluate contracts within specified budgetary guidelines.
Candidates selected for this role will be required to travel and must have reliable transportation to conduct site audits. The interview process will focus on assessing your track record in regional property management, your ability to lead onsite staff, and your proficiency in managing complex property operations.
