The West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, Inc. (WSFSSH) is a community-based organization dedicated to providing safe, affordable housing with supportive services within a residential setting. Our mission is to enhance the independence and dignity of each person we serve. WSFSSH develops, manages, and provides housing for low-income older persons, many of whom live with mental illness and/or have experienced homelessness.
The Assistant Building Manager at Euclid Hall plays a vital role in the administration and property management of our building. Reporting to the Building Director and Associate Director/Clinical Coordinator, this position is designed to support the goal of enabling residents to live permanently, safely, and as independently as possible.
In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between tenants and staff, stepping in as the manager's representative when needed. Your day will involve fostering 1:1 professional relationships with residents, coordinating with social service staff on tenant issues, and ensuring the building operates smoothly. You will help supervise front desk and maintenance personnel, manage administrative functions, and assist in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our senior community.
Candidates selected for an interview will be contacted directly by the hiring team. Please ensure your application materials are up to date and reflect your bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish.
