About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will serve as the single point of contact for our ownership groups, overseeing an assigned portfolio or multi-faceted property within a designated geographic area. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between asset strategy and on-the-ground execution. You will partner closely with Asset Managers and Regional Property Managers to ensure the smooth running of each community, driving revenue through strategic marketing and maintaining profitability through rigorous financial oversight.
Your day-to-day involves leading a high-performing, cohesive team of leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel. You will instill a culture of excellence by mentoring staff, managing performance, and modeling the company's mission. Beyond team leadership, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of property operations—from capital improvements and lease administration to conflict resolution and vendor management. You will analyze competition, develop creative marketing programs, and maintain effective relations with all community vendors to maximize resident satisfaction and community reputation.
