The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the property, ensuring efficient management of supplier contracts, maintenance, lease administration, and monthly reporting. This role exists to create a positive experience for residents, associates, and clients while maintaining the highest standards of service.
In this position, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the property, overseeing resident satisfaction, the full resident lifecycle, property P&L, and marketing. You will serve as the liaison between residents and the corporate office, handling complaints and enforcing rules. A key part of your day involves recruiting, interviewing, and coaching associates to create a climate where they want to do their best. You will also execute strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents, organize emergency evacuation plans, and manage safety records and risk initiatives.
