This position serves as a strategic bridge between Verizon Connect's development teams and the execution of channel sales initiatives. You will act as a critical link in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, ensuring that local operations align with broader business goals. The role focuses on enabling indirect channel partners to successfully sell Verizon Connect Solutions, driving revenue growth by connecting customers with targeted solutions through referral, resale, alliance, and marketplace channels. You will foster a community of partners, providing the operational support, tools, and best practices necessary for them to thrive in the marketplace.
This is a remote role based within the East Coast/Central US. You will work from home with the flexibility to attend occasional in-person trainings and meetings as needed.

Master's degree. Understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue model. Experience managing a sales team, ideally developing and motivating a team. Experience designing, proposing, selling, and contracting for complex technical solutions. Experience leading a geographically dispersed team. Experience juggling multiple large-scale projects, sales, and negotiations.
