About the Role
Our client, a leading healthcare company dedicated to revolutionizing the industry, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their IT Delivery Operations team. This fully remote position is a six-month contract designed for candidates who thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
In this role, you will apply analytical skills, project management expertise, and financial acumen to identify opportunities for improvement and manage complex initiatives to successful conclusions. You will serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, quantifying improvement opportunities and designing solutions that meet strategic goals. The ideal candidate brings a business-oriented perspective to leadership, working effectively across organizational lines to deliver total system solutions.
Location & Eligibility
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah. Please note that corporate-to-corporate (C2C) candidates cannot be accommodated for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleTriage and evaluate Delivery Operations processes and workflows to determine appropriate course of action
- check_circleContribute to submission of key work initiatives and Business Cases for governance committee approval
- check_circleMonitor spend and set up efficient processes for building transparency to variance across portfolios and budgets
- check_circleUse Business Analysis and BPE methods to produce timely, high-quality deliverables for initiatives
- check_circleCreate cost savings reports including ROI and NPV for process improvement efforts
- check_circleDevelop realistic plans and schedules and ensure completion of tasks and deliverables
- check_circleSupport preparation of status reports and present information to organizational leadership
- check_circleDrive process development and improved workflow efforts as a continual process improvement focus
- check_circleIndependently identify process and business improvement opportunities and conduct cost-savings analysis
- check_circleProvide coaching and instruction to team members regarding BPE methods, tools, and deliverables
- check_circleManage tasks and team members on complex enterprise-wide work efforts to support operational efficiencies
- check_circlePartner with developers and architects to assess information and recommend solutions to complex business problems
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in business management, computer science, healthcare administration or related field
- verified8+ years' experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design or configuration and/or acceptance testing
