We are dedicated to leaving a legacy of stewardship and innovation through our impact on the built environment.

The Senior Building Performance Analyst is a pivotal member of the design team for every new building, major renovation, or community planning project at dbHMS. This role serves as the backbone of our approach to delivering the best built environment for our clients.
In this position, you will support high-performance simulation for a variety of projects while working closely with internal teams to deliver efficient, long-lasting buildings. You will ask and answer critical questions that lead to design decisions, improving indoor air quality and thermal comfort while minimizing costs and maximizing resource efficiency for buildings, campuses, neighborhoods, or regions. Beyond technical analysis, you will facilitate discussions that guide project teams toward higher performance, articulate building systems and science principles to clients, and play a strong part in the training and mentorship of junior team members.
Most duties will be performed in an office environment. While dbHMS operates with both hybrid and remote-only work policies, this position is a hybrid role with in-office responsibilities. The typical work week consists of five eight-hour shifts. We offer a competitive benefits package including 401(k) matching, comprehensive insurance, paid time off, and professional organization dues reimbursement.
dbHMS is committed to a diverse workforce and providing a safe, accessible workplace. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
