About the Role
This Mid-level Mechanical Engineer position is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-discipline team environment. You will serve as a technical leader, focusing on the design of mechanical systems for new facilities, additions, and renovation projects. Your work will span a variety of market types, including K-12 and Higher Education, Commercial, Health Care, Science and Technology, and municipal and institutional facilities.
In this hybrid role based in Rochester, MN, you will provide technical leadership for the creation of construction drawings, specifications, and master planning efforts. You will engage directly with clients, project teams, code officials, and contractors to address mechanical issues and develop effective working relationships. This position is ideal for someone interested in mentoring junior staff and progressing toward senior leadership.
