About the Opportunity
Vaco Atlanta is partnering with a leading property management company in Smyrna, GA, to find a Sr. Building Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire, permanent role. This position is critical for maintaining the operational excellence of a Class-A office building complex, ensuring a safe and functional environment for tenants and staff.
Role Context
As a Sr. Building Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of daily building operations. Your day-to-day involves a hands-on approach to maintaining essential systems, including HVAC, automatic doors, lighting, key locks, and plumbing. You will troubleshoot building system issues, respond promptly to service requests, and maintain a high level of professionalism while managing urgent situations. This role requires a "can-do" spirit and the ability to work long hours on your feet, including responding to issues outside of regular business hours.
Location & Work Model
This is a 100% in-office position located in Smyrna, GA. Due to the on-site nature of the work, we are only considering candidates who currently reside in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, USA area.
