The Maintenance Technician is the backbone of facility operations, responsible for performing a wide range of building maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our sites. This role requires versatility in handling various aspects of building maintenance, from interior repairs and lighting systems to plumbing and equipment upkeep. You will be an integral part of the engineering team, assisting in the maintenance and repair of building systems while conducting regular inspections of premises and equipment.
Your day-to-day involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, as well as performing general building maintenance including carpentry, drywall, light electrical, light plumbing, and painting. You will complete assigned work orders in our CMMS and maintain appropriate service documentation. A key part of the role is participating in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to facility emergencies, system failures, and urgent maintenance issues outside normal business hours, ensuring readiness to address critical building system malfunctions at any time.
