About the Role
This role plays a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity and operational excellence of these trust-based benefit programs. As a Senior Benefits Billing & Eligibility Analyst, you will serve as the guardian of our financial accuracy, ensuring seamless coordination between carriers, benefit administration systems, and internal stakeholders.
You will manage the end-to-end administration of health and welfare billing operations. Your day-to-day involves auditing carrier invoices, resolving complex discrepancies across payroll and internal systems, and processing critical compliance tasks like COBRA notifications. By bridging the gap between technical billing data and regulatory requirements, you ensure that the financial health of our public safety partners remains robust and transparent.
