We are seeking a Strategic Pricing & Contract Analyst to join our team in Austin, TX, supporting the Structural Heart (SH) Business Unit. This is a fully onsite role focused on contract negotiation and execution, pricing strategy, and sales partnership.
In this position, you will work closely with Sales, Legal, and cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are structured to support business goals while minimizing risk. The ideal candidate will proactively research, analyze, and interpret data to produce substantiated recommendations, thriving in a high-pressure, high-demand sales support environment. You will lead the negotiation of business terms with external customers, own end-to-end contract development, and partner with Legal to finalize language ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Additionally, you will perform deal modeling and pricing analysis using historical data and market trends, manage complex agreement structures, lead the RFP process, and support sales teams on contracting tools and strategies.
