About the Role

This role is dedicated to providing client service support to multiple Financial Advisors. You will serve as the most frequent point of contact within Merrill, addressing all service needs for the advisors' clients. Your work will focus on supporting enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and client advocacy, while customizing solutions based on specific business needs. You will act as a bridge between the bank's offerings and client needs, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in all client materials and communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleProvide excellent client service by educating clients on bank offerings
  • check_circleEnsure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials
  • check_circleAlign practices with bank policies to support operational excellence and risk management
  • check_circleFollow up on all client and Financial Advisor requests promptly
  • check_circleCommunicate client outputs and solutions to Financial Advisors
  • check_circleSupport day-to-day team activities and cover roles during absences
  • check_circleIdentify and maintain client relationships by promoting banking integration

Requirements

  • verifiedHigh School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • verifiedFINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and/or Series 66 (63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66)
  • verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce

Currently holds or is pursuing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and/or Series 66 (63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66). Possesses industry knowledge and an understanding of investment products. Has experience working with clients, quickly fulfilling their needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience. Is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing and evolving responsibilities. Is detail oriented. Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Exhibits sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information. Strong computer application skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills.
