About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Accountant to join our team and take ownership of our day-to-day finance activities. This role will work closely with both the executive and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, smooth financial operations, and strategic planning support.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and is capable of managing responsibilities independently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
The role requires in-office collaboration Monday through Thursday at our Indianapolis location, with a Friday work-from-home option. Occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport core finance functions including accounts receivable, collections, and revenue recognition
- check_circleSupport month-end close activities by preparing and maintaining reconciliation workpapers
- check_circleAssist with financial reporting accuracy through account analysis and close-related documentation
- check_circleManage timely and accurate entry of payroll reimbursements in compliance with company policies
- check_circleCollaborate with internal teams to track expense reports including billable client expenses
- check_circleAssist in the development and maintenance of corporate budgets and P&L statements
- check_circleSupport executive financial reporting requests by preparing and delivering data and insights
- check_circlePerform credit card statement reviews and prepare appropriate journal entries
- check_circleManage accounts payable by verifying invoices, coding expenses, and preparing payments
Requirements
- verified1-2 years of related accounting experience
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- verifiedProficient in QuickBooks and Excel
