As a Senior Benefits Administrator, you will lead the strategy and administration of our comprehensive benefits programs. This role is vital to our mission, ensuring that our staff have access to the health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness resources they need to thrive. You will serve as a key resource for employees, managing everything from open enrollment and vendor relationships to leave management and regulatory compliance.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with HR and leadership to align benefits strategy with organizational goals. Your work will directly support a collaborative culture that empowers our team to deliver exceptional care. You will analyze benefits utilization and costs, develop clear communication materials, and provide one-on-one support to employees and managers, ensuring that our benefits reflect the high standards of care Element Care provides.
