About the Team

Element Care is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for older adults through our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. About the Role

As a Senior Benefits Administrator, you will lead the strategy and administration of our comprehensive benefits programs. This role is vital to our mission, ensuring that our staff have access to the health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness resources they need to thrive. You will serve as a key resource for employees, managing everything from open enrollment and vendor relationships to leave management and regulatory compliance.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with HR and leadership to align benefits strategy with organizational goals. Your work will directly support a collaborative culture that empowers our team to deliver exceptional care. You will analyze benefits utilization and costs, develop clear communication materials, and provide one-on-one support to employees and managers, ensuring that our benefits reflect the high standards of care Element Care provides.

Hiring Process

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleAdminister and oversee all employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans

  • check_circleManage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators while monitoring service levels
  • check_circleEnsure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other applicable federal and state regulations
  • check_circleMaintain and optimize HRIS and benefits systems to ensure accurate data, reporting, and payroll integrations
  • check_circleSupport and manage leave of absence programs including FMLA and related state leave laws
  • check_circleDevelop clear benefits communication materials and provide one-on-one support to employees and managers
  • check_circleAnalyze benefits utilization and costs to prepare reports and recommendations for HR and leadership

Requirements

  • verifiedCertified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred
