About the Team

Cornerstones of Care is a mental and behavioral health nonprofit certified in trauma-informed care. We provide evidence-based prevention, intervention, treatment, and support services to help children and families improve their safety and health by making positive changes in their lives. Our team empowers children and families in Kansas, Missouri, and beyond through three key service areas: Youth & Family Support, Foster Care & Adoption, and Education & Community Trainings.

About the Role

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the People Experience Team to ensure accurate documentation, timely processing of HR transactions, and the delivery of a positive employee experience. Reporting to the Senior People Experience Manager, you will serve as a key operational partner in recruitment, onboarding, HRIS/payroll support, and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
