- check_circleNegotiate settlements within authority while navigating comparative negligence factors
- check_circlePartner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve claims efficiently
- check_circleSupport catastrophe operations including on-call rotations and potential travel
- check_circleIdentify coverage concerns and fraud indicators to initiate SIU referrals
- check_circleMaintain clear, accurate, and complete claim documentation throughout the process
- check_circleConduct coverage analysis, liability determination, and physical damage evaluations
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED
- verifiedMinimum 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- verifiedAt least 2+ years managing non-injury auto liability claims
- verifiedActive Adjuster License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- verifiedStrong understanding of auto liability coverage, state regulations, and claims processes
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree. Experience handling multi-vehicle losses and comparative negligence scenarios. Familiarity with Guidewire Claims Center. Exposure to arbitration, subrogation, and advanced coverage interpretation.
