As a Senior Claims Advocate, you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, delivering exceptional claims management and risk mitigation support. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex claims handling and high-level client consulting, ensuring that both workers' compensation and liability claims are resolved efficiently while minimizing long-term risk.
In this hybrid position based in Duluth, GA, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the intricacies of multi-jurisdictional claims. You will partner with carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and legal counsel to shape settlement strategies and reserving practices. Your day will involve analyzing loss data to identify trends, challenging denials, and collaborating with client risk and safety teams to implement proactive measures. You will be the voice of the client in negotiations, ensuring equitable outcomes and consistent service while providing data-driven insights to reduce loss experience.
