The Strickland Group operates within the financial services industry, specifically focusing on life insurance, with its headquarters located in Lumberton, North Carolina. Under the leadership of Triston Strickland, the organization functions as an agency dedicated to supporting agents while assisting clients in securing their financial futures. The company emphasizes a business model designed to help sales professionals transition away from traditional income structures characterized by burnout and excessive hours.
The agency serves ambitious salespeople by offering a system that eliminates cold calling, endless networking, and 60-plus hour work weeks. Instead, the organization provides a proprietary lead generation process, allowing agents to meet clients two to three times weekly. This approach supports both part-time and full-time operators in building scalable businesses with top commission rates, no income caps, and various incentive programs.
Core to the Strickland Group's operations is a mission to equip agents with the necessary tools, training, and mindset to thrive. The company fosters a culture rooted in honor, growth, grit, and accountability, hiring based on drive rather than background. By delivering a proven, plug-and-play system, the agency aims to empower individuals to achieve impact and freedom while serving clients with excellence and integrity.
